Phoenix lands J-Rich, Wizards grab Mike James, BYU crushes Boise State

The Wizards picked up guards Javaris Crittenton and Mike James in a 3 way trade

The Phoenix Suns traded Boris Diaw, Raja Bell, and Sean Singletary to the Charlotte Bobcats for Jason Richardson and Jared Dudley.

The Suns just got a lot better and the Bobcats just added more people that they didn't need. They already have enough players, and then they got rid of their leading scorer. Bad Bad Bad.

But the Suns just got a whole lot better. They grabbed an great player, to add to their already great team. Their! lineup is amazing: Shaquille O'Neal, Amare Stoudemire, Grant Hill, Jason Richardson, and Steve Nash. Or you could take out Grant Hill, slide Richardson up to F, and place Leandro Barbosa at SG. These guys are great.

Also, the Washington Wizards acquired Mike James from the Hornets and Javaris Crittenton from the Grizzlies. The Hornets got guard Antonio Daniels from the Wiz, and a conditional 2nd round pick from Memphis. And then Memphis got a conditional 1st round pick from Washington. And lastly, the Wizards waived point guard Dee Brown.

In NCAAB news, the BYU Cougars crushed the Boise State Broncos 94-56. The Cougs were only up 33-29 at the half, but then destroyed them in the second half, outscoring them 61-27. Wow. How about putting these undefeated Cougars in the Top 25?

Jimmer Fredette scored a career high 23 points, Lee Cummard had 20, Jackson Emery had 14, and Jonathan Tavernari threw in 13. Tavernari also had 8 rebounds and C! ummard had 7.

Aaron Garner fought as hard as he cou! ld, scor ing 17 of his career high 19 points in the first half. But Fredette was too much for the Broncos, as he scored 11 points in the first 10 minutes of the second half.

James Anderson had career highs of 10 points, 7 rebounds, and 5 blocks for 9-0 BYU.
